I*EARN-USA staff is meeting with elementary school students and working together on I*EARN projects. This program is coordinated by Late After School Academy. We provide opportunities to students to experience working in diverse cultures around the world. This project is funded by The After School Corporation of the Open Society Institute in conjunction with the Metropolitan Center for Urban Education at New York University. The project is coordinated by Brett Kimmel.
Students in the 1999-2000 classes are participating in The Teddy Bear Project with a class at St. Simon's School in Australia.

In 1998-99, students worked with the I*EARN project "Me and My Pet," sending their messages to iearn.kidscan. Then, they shared stories about themselves in " One Day in My Life." You may see the typical life of some New York kids in iearn.oneday.
NOW, Let's check their smiles and projects!!!!!
