Hi Matt.  I think that if time could change anything, the UN
would have fixed itself up a while ago. (I can just tell that I am
up for critisism for that comment!) I agree, we need to strengthen
our relations between the nations, and dispel the standard
stereotype of ethnic groups so that advancments can be  made that
are of benifit to everyone.  I can only hope that with the
advancements in technology, the advancements in nuclear waste
disposel are as successful.  It is kind of scary when you think
about just how far  and fast we have come from, say, 150 years
ago, to where we are today. I wander if we have moved to fast for
the environment and the earth to catch up. Evolution itself took a
couple of million years,  but maybe modern man doesn't have the
patience...
