STUDENTS: Technology's Value to Me (r)

(written by iearn@iearn.org, 03/27/1996)

The Potential role of the Internet in education is that the internet is
helping the student to communicate with the other student through it and learn
about one another.

My knowledge of current or world affairs has changed as a result of
working on on-line educational projects because thought this
program I can say I have leaned about other students way of life and
know their ideas, not to mentioned the students who had contributed
information for our magazine called "inside View".

The way working with technology prepared me for my future
education is it has helped me to gain some kind of knowledge
about how I can mailed a letter to someone, how I can send the
same letter that I received from a student to one of my classmates.

What I have learned from another student in my class is that they
have helped me to log on in my mail box and to read the message
that have been sent to me. Through the network, I have leaned from
other student how life in their country is different from the life in
the U.S.

No, there isn't another way that technology has been enhanced my
leaning because I am a guy who enjoys electronic equipments and I
will use any thing that I could put my names and numbers, and messages in.

The way student journalism and school publications can enhance
internet on-line project is by answering the questions, or make a
comment about a statement that is send to them. My advice for a class wanting
to publish is they should be careful in choosing a topic
so that when it is finish people will take the time to read it.
