TO CITIZENS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATE: (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazahkstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine) at this moment do not need visas to enter Russian Federation and have reduced prices for their accommodation. The exact costs will be calculated in the registration process. We look forward to see you in Moscow in July.

NARNIA AND CS LEWIS PROJECT. Interested in joining a new project to discuss the magic books, "Chronicles of Narnia" written by CS Lewis? Contact Giuseppe Fortunati in Italy.

THROUGH YOUTHFUL EYES CALENDAR PROJECT FOR 2003. Students submit photos on a variety of themes such as famous landmarks, native animals or children. DIGITAL OPPORTUNITY CHANNEL SEEKING SUBMISSIONS FOR ITS WEBSITE: http://www.digitalopportunity.org . Coordinated by the Benton Foundation and OneWorld South Asia, the channel addresses the use of information and communications technologies (ICTs) for global development, as well as initiatives around the world bridging the digital divide. Contact channel co-editor Andy Carvin to submit topic ideas or completed essays if available.

GLOBAL JUNIOR CHALLENGE. A global award for best practices in the use of new technologies in education and training of youth up to the age of 29, with particular attention this year to work being done on the problem of the digital divide.
