TO
CITIZENS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATE: (Armenia, Azerbaijan,
Belarus, Kazahkstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Uzbekistan,
Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine) at this moment do not need
visas to enter Russian Federation and have reduced prices for their
accommodation. The exact costs will be calculated in the registration
process. We look forward to see you in Moscow in July.

in joining a new project to discuss the magic books, "Chronicles of

YOUTHFUL EYES CALENDAR PROJECT FOR 2003. Students
submit photos on a variety of themes such as famous landmarks, native
animals or children. The calendar will be produced for use in 2003,

CHANNEL SEEKING SUBMISSIONS FOR ITS WEBSITE:

GLOBAL JUNIOR
CHALLENGE.
A global award for best practices in the use of new technologies in
education and training of youth up to the age of 29, with particular
attention this year to work being done on the problem of the digital
divide. Open to projects worldwide that have been working since September
