2013 eLearning Africa

Allan Kakinda of SchoolNet/iEARN-Uganda will be chairing a panel session on "Initiatives That Empower Youth Session," at the eLearning Africa Conference in Windhoek, Namibia (Thursday, May 30, 2013, 16:45 - 18:15)

What happens when young African students, employed and unemployed, seize the opportunities that new technologies open up? Speakers in this session present examples of how ICT enable youth to find their own voice, tell their own stories and claim their own spaces for personal development.
