Join the Local History Project

On December 27th, educators Rimma Zhukova (Russia) and Thefonz Hsien (Taiwan) arranged a video-conference between their students as part of the Local History Project.

What had been an online forum discussion over the past several weeks turned into a live Skype  session where students exchanged performances - playing the piano, drums, flute, acoustic guitar and singing traditional Chinese and Russian songs.

The iEARN Local History Project connects students to research and share the history of their own town or area, and learn from the findings of the peers in other parts of the world. Connect with them and other project participants on the Local History Project Page in the iEARN Collaboration Centre.
