Learn how to register students for the iEARN Collaboration Centre using a unique student registration link.
To register your students in iEARN:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your profile at the top right corner and select "manage profile"
- Identify your unique "student registration link" URL. Do not share this link with others - this is your unique ID to register students to your account.
- Copy/paste the link and complete the student registration form. Please use first name, last name, and email to register student accounts. Click “add another response” to add multiple students at one time.
- Submit the form and allow up to 48 hours for full student account setup.
Note: In the new Collaboration Centre, each student account must be registered with an email address. Email addresses are used to validate the student accounts and must be unique (you cannot use the same email address for multiple students). Emails will only be used for login and project notifications (optional) and are not visible to other users or used externally.
The system can take up to 48 hours to create your students’ usernames, create their accounts, and send their welcome email. Please register your students in iEARN at least two days before you plan for them to participate in project activities.
