iEARN-Yemen hosts “Learning for Responsible Citizenship” in Mokala

Funded by Oxfam Novib in Yemen, iEARN-Yemen conducted the second and final workshop in the Mokala governorate from February 1-5, 2014 as part of the “Learning for Responsible Citizenship” Project.

10 teachers and 25 students from 5 girls and boys schools were trained on: Essential Life Skills, Conflict Resolution, Peer Education, Community-based project Design and Management, and working on global projects through iEARN. The participants produced 5 community-based project proposals which they will implemented in the coming two months.
