iEARN-Egypt hosts Adobe Youth Voices workshop
iEARN-Egypt hosted an Adobe Youth Voices workshop in Cairo, Egypt on February 13-14, 2011 at the Associations Union – Cairo.
The workshop included training of 9 teachers in 6 schools from different governorates. The trainer was Ms. Sahar Farouk Gad – Trainer and Quality & Training Unit Supervisor in Zahran Experimental Language School. AYV trainings are designed to introduce educators to the Adobe Youth Voices program and help them more effectively support youth media making and guide young people to Create with Purpose.
To further their professional development in AYV, participating educators are also enrolled in an 8-week online course offered by iEARN for educators participating in AYV from 16 countries.
iEARN-Egypt has been managing AYV activities in Egypt since 2008.
