iEARN-Pakistan Beginners Workshops at Newly Established iEARN Centre, Islamabad
A group of 22 educators from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Kohat, Skurdu, Muzzaffarabad, Gujjar Khan and Lahore participated in a 2-day workshop session conducted on January 28-29, 2011. The main focus of the workshop was to help them get started with iEARN online collaborative projects and engage their students in these projects. It also gave them a clear understanding about the vision of iEARN.
Participants were able to get hands-on practice on several iEARN online projects and activities and enjoyed their time spent here. They had traveled from far away cities and stated that these two days proved to be very fruitful for them. In the end they planned for some iEARN projects according to their subject areas and decided to collaborate with other workshop participants in future.
